1. Stop bleach your hair

Grow Hair faster

So things to grow hair, I was aware that dyeing hair is technically damaging it the cuticles of your hair get damaged when you bleach it this you have to do to change the color or go blonde which usually causes split end or like dry ends and breakage in your hair. So if you don't really feel the urge to go blonde I would suggest not doing it because getting it's a little bit drier at the ends. Seriously, I'm not going to lie and the impact promotes hair growth.

So if you want to go blonde, the next tip is to brush your hair before you go to bed with the natural oils it's going to make your hair nice and moisturized and you don't want to put chemicals in your hair to moisturize. Natural oils are vitamins that are good for hair growth and thickness.

And it's that you have to know what type of hair, choose your hair products according. You have really thick hair or thin hair, curly, straight, dry, and oily hair. That you can find out about your hair will make it so much easier to pick products that are going to work for you.

2. Grow hair with eat and diet

I would recommend a huge part of keeping your hair healthy is what eat to make your hair grow faster, actually from changing up your diet a bit or just like eating more of these foods. What can make my hair grow faster? I guess so basically fatty acids and stuff that has omega-6 in it are going to keep your hair really strong, and healthy and prevent breakage, and it's going to be like all healthy. And you can grow all the things that we want so stuff like fish, beans, nuts, leafy, vegetables, and seeds. All those things are really going to help your health and grow hair faster naturally.

3. Don’t heat your hair

The best thing to make your hair grow is I know that you guys have all heard this next one, and it's to avoid using heating tools or just using heat on your hair. We all know that it leads to branching edges and making stuff on the ends of the hair and I don't think any of us want it. that so, I actually just straighten hair a lot, like you probably don't know that but I honestly have straight hair like maybe, there's a bit of weight to it. like for me the most part straight hair and I was started like straighten it every single day, and I was like calm down.

4. Use Shampoo two or three times a week

Grow Hair faster

The best thing to make hair grow faster and naturally is this next one has been a really hard challenge for me and use a shampoo like two to three times a week this is because to allow hair time like rehydrate and repair itself with your natural oils and stuff.

So if you keep shampooing and ridding your hair of your natural oils, it's going to actually growth produce more what you're going to make your hair even more greasy so if you refrain from washing your hair like every single day, really trying to do that because hair gets oily so fast. So trying to just hold back on shampoo and like going to wear updo hairstyles and braids, and stuff just to hide it for a couple of days and Then, finally shampoo it, but yeah shampooing it be the least amount of times, and the best thing for your hair growth.

5. Use cold water Your Hair

Grow Hair faster

the best things to help your hair grow is an option this next one is really hard to do, you should put your shower on the cold right at the end of your shower like the coldest because it will seal the cuticles in your hair, and it'll make them stronger and healthier, and it will prevent your hair from getting dead ends and breakage. It's going to make it really smooth after your shower and stimulate hair growth, What I really recommend is being super careful when you're brushing your hair wet and there's a proper way to do it. doesn’t matter like I can brush it from the top, and it'll be much faster.

But l the reason for that is to imagine you have a knot tying your shoelaces when you tie them really tight it's really super hard to get them off, but if you tie it loose, and you can just kind of like pull it off and it's fine. So, it's kind of the same thing as your hair, if you have a loose or not brush it at the bottom it's just going to become looser but so, you have a knot down here and you like this you're basically compressing the knot and making it tighter which is going to make it way harder to get out and you're going to end up breaking your hair.

When it's wet then you really want to make sure that you have the least amount of tangles in your hair because the best thing to make hair grow and including so much easier to brush and won't create breakage in your hair. So the best thing to help hair growth is a use an unscented leave-in conditioner due to repair dry chemically treated and damaged hair.

6. Use a silk pillowcase

things to make your hair grow next tip is something that a lot of people don't really think about and it's changing up their pillowcase. A silk pillowcase because silk is proven to prevent damages and it's going to make your hair super smooth, make hair grow faster, and it also prevents tangles, so when you wake up your hair is going to be much less knotted.

7. Use essential oils

stuff to make your hair grow faster and now I'm going to talk about some essential oils. Oils that you can use to make your hair really healthy and just give your hair whatever you think it needs, so lavender and peppermint essential oils will encourage growth, and they will help control dandruff. If, you have any so mix around three tablespoons of lavender or peppermint oil with some coconut oil or some olive oil and apply it to your hair.

For me, I would just put it on the ends because I tend to get really greasy at the top, so I just like put it on the ends if I wanted some extras like moisture and then you can leave it on for like 20 minutes, and then wash it out and your hair's going to be super smooth, thicker, and so much healthier. Some other options for oil that you can use almond oil useful for moisturizing the scalp like have a really dry scalp or dandruff or something that's going to control.

That you can use coconut oil if you want a nice shine to your hair which is great for like if you're going through an event or you want to look healthy and shiny, and geranium oil strengthens your hair. If you have a lot of breakages or dead ends it will it'll help. Essential oil, coconut oil, and almond oil useful for vitamins make hair grow faster.
